What is a brand ambassador?

Think of yourself as a career influencer. You'll help other students discover opportunities at top employers while getting paid and building your own career.
Whether you’re at university, college, or still in school, becoming a brand ambassador with Higherin Academy is one of the best ways to get real work experience while you’re still learning.
Join the UK’s biggest network of brand ambassadors with a community of over 1,500.
Which role is right for you?
We offer brand ambassador roles at schools, colleges and universities across the UK. Available roles vary by location, but we're always adding new opportunities.
Don't see one near you? Apply anyway! You'll be first to know when new roles open up.
Here’s what we offer:

Why become a brand ambassador?

Get paid £14+ an hour: That’s way above minimum wage! Hit your targets and you could earn over £16 an hour through our bonus scheme.

Join a community that gets it: Connect with like-minded students in the UK’s largest student brand ambassador network.

Connect with top employers: Build genuine connections at industry-leading companies, with opportunities that can lead to internships and graduate roles.

Gain experience that counts: Develop skills that will actually help you in your career.

Get a fair shot: Fair pay, flexible work (online and in-person), and an inclusive community where everyone can succeed.

What is Higherin Academy?
We're the UK's biggest network of brand ambassadors aged 16-21, powered by over 1,500 students just like you.
When you join, you get:

Access to our online app: Chat with other ambassadors, swap tips, and discover new opportunities the moment they go live.

Invites to exclusive upskilling and network events: Last year we hosted meetups in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, and more. Think socials, guest speakers, and networking that's actually fun.

Real career opportunities: Many of our ambassadors land internships, graduate roles, or even full-time jobs with the employers they represent.
(In 2020, Linklaters hired 16 of our brand ambassadors. That's 72% of the team!)

A track record you can trust: Previously known as On-Campus Promotions, we've been supporting students since 2012.
What Makes a Great Brand Ambassador?

Social-media savvy
You love using Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, and you're comfortable sharing posts and stories.

Involved
If you're part of clubs, teams, or societies, that's amazing. The bigger your network, the bigger your impact. Be sure to tell us about it in your application!

Responsible
You're excited to represent employers on campus or at school and share their opportunities with confidence. (Once you’ve completed your training).

Good communication
You stay organised and reply to messages throughout your campaigns.

Being a Linklaters brand ambassador was an unbelievable experience, and one I feel was vital in securing my training contract with the firm.
